Pozdisovce Pattern Easter Eggs

Pottery making with over 600-year tradition and that ceased several decades ago, continues in the art of Easter eggs decorating. The pattern of this tradition is called after Pozdišovce village located in Eastern Slovakia (pozdišovská keramika). The signature designs with simple geometrics, natural motifs and even karička (girls and boys dancing in circle) on the typical black background make them stand out. Pin wax decor on hollowed real goose and chicken egg sizes. Chicken eggs come with or without a ribbon loop.
