Quality Dumpling Recipes

The recipes in this little book–collected from members of the National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library in Cedar Rapids, Iowa–reflect the immigrants’ culinary traditions incorporating dumplings of many different types and flavors, including savory and fruit dumplings. Many are old-fashioned recipes cherished by immigrants; others have been adapted to the New World.
