Goose Feather Pastry Brush

Traditional goose feather pastry brush made of several goose feathers, woven together (thread color varies). After use, wash in hot water with dish soap and rinse well, until any grease or egg is removed. Dry completely (spin in hands and let dry with feathers up) before storing for next use. Hand wash only.
